Life is a journey. You don't have to travel alone.
To operate with expectanCy is to connect a specific belief to a desired outcome through intentional behavior. Our practice name represents and honors the space where faith, no matter how small, and aligned action meet to produce results.
It's a posture.
We believe that deeply embedded in one's decision to seek therapy is an inherent, underlying acknowledgement of possibility; a thought that maybe life can be different, maybe things can change. The heart of our work is meeting you where you are and journeying with you along the path toward outcomes. Our main objective is to support, amplify and operationalize your hope through our clinical approach.
From our perspective, the term "person-centered" is not just a therapeutic style - it's a way of being. With that as a foundation, we build your customized course of treatment. Each client-therapist relationship is different and, therefore, requires its own unique formula. Our practice believes in using an eclectic approach; we use various modalities and interventions to address therapy goals.
The bird in our logo has dual meaning. First, it is in remembrance of and tribute to inspirations behind our vision.
Second, in learning how to fly, birds embody true instinct, trial, discovery and wisdom, which beautifully mirrors
the therapeutic process.
"Settled in heart with desire to fly,
I spread my wings and soar will I!"
